Hatha Yoga Classes

 

 

Learning Yoga is a great way to stretch and flex your body and the great thing is that you don’t have to be flexible to start yoga.

The Postures are presented in an easy to learn, gentle way that are suitable for the beginner or the advanced student.

The benefits of Yoga are many:

  • Yoga helps to tone the muscles and massage the internal organs

  • Yoga helps to detox your body

  • Yoga is the union of mind, body and spirit to bring about stillness of your busy mind and relive stress.

  • You will gain a sense of peace, wellness and calm as well as a deeper self awareness.

Through co-ordinating the movements with the breath, the body finds its own natural rhythm and the mind begins to settle.  The techniques you will learn can be applied to help you reduce stress in your daily routines.

Creativity:

The yoga classes start with a beautiful relaxation so you can immediately let go of your day.  Then the postures follow and the class concludes with a guided meditation.   

The traditional postures are presented with creative imagery to help you to focus your mind and relax your body. Using music and creative visualisation this beautiful Hatha Yoga is a deeply moving experience.

With many of us realizing the need to balance our Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Emotional needs, Robin and Julianne offer you a day of loving bliss of meditation and yoga.
 
Connection to the higher self is what most aware people are looking for. A good meditation stills the mind, brings clarity, gains insights and maybe even touches the “I’ consciousness.
 
Yoga unites the mind, body and spirit through movement and clears many mental, physical and emotional blocks held in the body since birth.  You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga.  These simple postures with a creative flair are suitable for any level from beginner to advanced.
 
Robin’s beautiful meditations and Julianne’s gentle yoga will fill this day with wisdom and knowledge to give you a connection felt through love and compassion.

1. Meditation - ask yourself.. have you ever seen an angry Monk?
2. Yoga - ask yourself.. have you ever seen an unhealthy Yogi?
3. Lifestyle wisdom - again.. have you ever seen a happy corporate?
